Clementine Jacoby founded the nonprofit Recidiviz to aggregate and standardize data and equip state leaders with the tools to modify policies and identify those eligible for early release to reduce the prison population. Stand Together Ventures Lab is working with Recidiviz to expand its work with state departments of corrections in up to 15 states.
